WELCOME to UNC Family Medicine Clinician E-mail. This site was developed to assist our department's clinicians, nurses and other medical staff to better meet the needs of our patients. You should expect a response time of two (2) working days using the Internet to correspond with your clinician. This site is not intended to replace personal face-to-face contact with your clinician, but merely assist you as the patient in getting certain specific tasks handled without the need for you to telephone or come into your clinician's office. When responding to e-mails from a Family Medicine clinician, please include the message to which you are responding in the e-mail. It is helpful to read the e-mail in its entirety. If your message is an emergency or is time-sensitive please call the clinic at (919) 966-0210. If you are a new patient without a medical record number please call the clinic at (919) 966-0210 to obtain a medical record and schedule an appointment. Medical record number requests cannot be processed via e-mail. UNC Family Medicine is located at Manning Drive and US 15-501. You can also call 966-4131 for directions. There is free parking at Family Medicine and shuttle service to and from the main UNC Hospitals.
