Before Your Visit: Returning Patients, Same Day Appointments

Returning Patients:
- Compile a list of your primary concerns to discuss with your doctor during your visit.
- Bring your UNC Medical Record Number, insurance card, all medications you are currently taking, and any co-payments or balances due to UNC Health Care.
- Arrive 15 minutes early to complete any necessary paperwork.
Same Day Appointments:
- We strive to maintain access to same-day appointments for established FMC patients with urgent medical concerns. Please keep in mind that your wait time may be longer, since patients with scheduled appointment will be seen first, if no appointment times are available.
- Established patients seeking same day appointments, please call us prior to your arrival at 919-966-0210.
- We cannot guarantee same-day appointments for new patients.
