The UNC Family Medicine Center, along with clinical social workers Amy Prentice and Rayhaan Adams, recently received a certificate of appreciation for long standing service and commitment to the field of social work from the UNC School of Social Work. Working with clinical social work students and interns, they provide our patients with high quality, comprehensive care management every single day.

The UNC School of Social Work recognized Amy and Rayhaan for their excellence in field training Master of Social Work (MSW) students and interns in a healthcare setting. This important award is given to four field training sites per year, and chosen among dozens. The UNC Family Medicine Center care management program has become a critical resource for our most vulnerable patients, and is now recognized as a creative, effective and impactful training site for social work learners.

Congratulations!
