To refer a patient directly to UNC's Fertility Preservation Program, please contact us at (919) 966-1150. We will do our best to see the patient as soon as possible. Please be prepared to fax any pertinent medical records to (919) 966-5214 so that our consultation with the patient can be as informative as possible.
