The Fun Factory is a program run by medical students at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, who strive to provide fun, entertaining, and educational activities for pediatric patients in the Children’s Hospital. We also work closely with the Children’s Hospital’s Recreational Therapy Group.  Once a month, four to five volunteers play with kids in the playroom for 1 hour on a Tuesday or Wednesday night. Our programs include arts and crafts as well as science projects, games, and parties.  As a member of the fun factory organization, you can volunteer as much or as little as you would like.
