Dr. David Hsu is currently the William Dalton Family Assistant Professor of Cancer Genomics at Duke University. His clinical interest is the treatment of gastrointestinal malignancies and his research focuses on the application of high-throughput genomic based technologies to develop new prognostic and predictive biomarkers in colorectal cancer and other gastrointestinal malignancies. These findings are then studied and validated in preclinical in vivo murine models of patient derived tumorgrafts to study new and novel therapeutic combinations.
