Assistant Professor of Medicine
Clinical Focus: Hepatology, liver transplantation.
Academic Interests: Dr. Barritt is interested in non-alcoholic fatty liver disease and liver transplant outcomes research. He participates in clinical and diagnostic trials and collaborates with research partners in the UNC school of Pharmacy and School of Public Health. Dr. Barritt is also involved in medical education and teaches in the UNC School of Medicine 2nd year Gastroenterology course.
