Clinical Assistant Professor
Clinical Focus: Primary focus is cognitive behavioral therapy for functional gastrointestinal disorders. Dr. O’Connell-Edwards has expertise in cognitive and dialectical behavior therapy, as well as guided imagery and hypnosis. Dr. O’Connell-Edwards is interested in the application of these modalities to coping with chronic pain, medical illness, anxiety disorders, and depression.
