Advanced therapeutic endoscopic procedures, including:

Resection of large duodenal and colonic polyps, endoscopic cystenterostomy, complex ERCP (post-surgical, previously unsuccessful), deep enteroscopy, complex endoscopic mucosal resection, and endoscopic ultrasonography.
