Memorial Hall staff will happily accommodate your family and friends who may require special seating during graduation. Ideally, we will be able to seat all of your group in the same section. In order to facilitate this, please encourage your graduate to email gwstone@med.unc.edu (Will Stone), with the following information:

• Your name
• Number of guests in your party
• Specific seating needs (space for own wheelchair, no steps, few steps, etc.)

Do keep in mind that there will be no parking (disability or otherwise) at Memorial Hall. Students are encouraged to drop off guests in front of Memorial Hall, and then seek parking in nearby public lots (behind the Newman Center and in Bell Tower parking deck).
