The lab is equipped with:

• Two bio-safety cabinets and two CO2 incubators for the manipulation and growth of hES and hiPS cells.
• Two Leica dissecting microscopes housed in the two bio-safety cabinets for manual dissociation of hES cell colonies as well as clonal expansion of hiPS cells.
• Leica inverted microscope to visualize the cells.
• One table top swinging bucket centrifuge for pelleting cells.
