As of July 1, 2013, many UNC clinics will be moved from UNC Chapel Hill Hospital campus to the UNC Health Care Hillsborough Campus. Directions to the new Hillsborough location are listed in this article. If you have any questions about your appointment with a provider in functional gastroenterology, please call 919-966-6000. If your appointment is with another department, please call the Hospital Operator at 919-966-4131 and ask to be connected to the clinic in which your appointment is with.

If your provider’s clinic is affected and your appointment is before June 30th 2013, you will continue to see your UNC Care provider at your usual clinic location. If your appointment is after July 1, 2013, your appointment will now be located at the UNC Health Care Hillsborough Campus. The GI Clinics will be located on the 2nd Floor.

Directions from the West (Greensboro)
- Take 1-40 East / 1-85 North towards Burlington / Durham
- Merge onto 1-85 North
- Take the exit for NC-86 South and keep right at the fork and continue following signs for NC 86 South
- Turn Right onto Waterstone Drive and the parking lot and clinic will be on the left.
Directions from the South (Pittsboro)
- Take 15-501 North towards Chapel Hill
- Continue to Columbia Street as if you were heading to the hospital.
- You will continue on Columbia St. until you cross over Rosemary St. where you will bear right slightly to continue onto NC 86 North / Martin Luther King Jr Blvd.
- Turn left onto Waterstone Dr and the parking lot and the clinic will be on the left.
Directions from the East (Raleigh)
- Take I-40 West towards Greensboro
- Take the exit for NC 86 North
- Turn left onto Waterstone Dr and the parking lot and the clinic will be on the left.
