NCQA Diabetes Recognition 


The Internal Medicine Clinic has been re-certified by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) as a Diabetes Recognized Program. The Diabetes standards are based on 10 key elements hemoglobin A1c control, blood pressure control, LDL control, up-to-date eye examinations, nephropathy assessment, and smoking status along with cessation advice or treatment.
