Location, Directions, & Parking
The Internal Medicine Clinic is located on the 3rd floor of the Ambulatory Care Center (ACC), on the corner of Mason Farm Road and Columbia Street.
Appointment Information
We have office hours five days a week and offer after hours nurse assistance. Contact us at (919) 966-1459 or toll free at (800) 862-4938 to schedule an appointment.
Lab Results and Reports
If you sign up for UNC MyChart many of your results should be released within 72 hours to your UNC MyChart. Otherwise, you should receive your result letter with your lab results for tests ordered by one of our Internal Medicine providers within 2 weeks of the date the lab was drawn.
Medication/Prescription Refills
The best way to obtain a prescription refill is to have your pharmacy fax refill requests to 919-843-9355. You can also request refills through UNC MyChart.
