Chronic Pain Program

Patients taking chronic opioids are enrolled in the program and followed by a mid-level provider

Chronic Pain Program Overview: The pain program closely monitors patients taking opioids for non-malignant pain. This includes obtaining a medication contract, regular urine toxicity screens, monitoring for mood disorders and scheduled medication refills.
