ID clinic in the top five for patient satisfaction

ID clinic in the top five for patient satisfaction

The Infectious Disease clinic at UNC Hospitals was ranked in the top five of all ambulatory clinics during the latest quarterly release of the UNC Health Care's patient satisfaction scores. In conjunction with the Commitment to Caring initiative, the Ambulatory Patient Experience Team (APEX), recognizes quarterly winners. Our clinic team works very hard to serve the people of North Carolina.

The other clinics in the top five are: Pediatric Pulmonary, PreCare, Pediatrics Hematology/Oncology, and Pediatric Gastroenterology.

Breakthrough of the Year!

The HIV Prevention Trials Network 052 study, led by center director Myron S. Cohen, M.D., has been named the 2011 Breakthrough of the Year by the journal Science.
