Welcome to the IPVAA site!

We are an organization founded by medical students at UNC School of Medicine. Our purpose is to provide a forum in which interested students can learn more about the issues of intimate partner violence and sexual assault.

Browse through the tabs we have placed at the top of the page.  You can find both activities that IPVAA is involved with as well as events that are happening in the community.  The goal is to be able to include as many resources and contacts as possible so if there are any suggestions on things to add/improve, please contact the IPVAA leaders, Emma Babb (emma_babb@med.unc.edu) or Katie Paul (kathryn_paul@med.unc.edu).

If you are an MSI, you should consider taking a leadership role in IPVAA next year. We hope to grow as a group and bring in more members of the medical community to continue raising awareness and providing education on issues of intimate partner violence.
