The Vos' laboratory is located in the Lineberger Comprehensive Cancer Center at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Our research is mainly focused on building human artificial episomal chromosomes (HAEC) for functional and therapeutic studies and infectious mammalian miniherpesviruses as gene therapy vector.
