Corks for Kids
Chapel Hill Wine Company, Vine Street Imports, and Bordeaux Fine & Rare have partnered once again to bring you the third annual Corks for Kids, a two-day wine tasting extravaganza benefiting N.C. Children's Hospital. Last year's Corks for Kids event raised $50,000 for N.C. Children's Hospital, and organizers hope to better that total in 2008.

September 12, 2008, 6:30 p.m.: Corks for Kids' Winemakers Dinners
Held at Bin 54 (Chapel Hill), Acme Food & Beverage (Carrboro), and Pazzo (Chapel Hill, the Corks for Kids' winemaker dinners will feature 19 winemakers from Australia and New Zealand. Tables of 6-10 people with a winemaker for an intimate evening of discussion and fun. The evening features a five-course meal, each course paired with one or two different wines.
