| Description | We are looking for patients with IBS to complete an online survey which allows them to answer open-ended questions regarding their personal symptom experience. By examining these reports, we hope to gain a better understanding of how patient symptoms change over the course of an episode and identify any patterns in symptom experience. |

| Requirements |
Patients currently experiencing symptoms of IBS or IBS-D who are able to understand and communicate using written English. |
