Under Tutorials, find introduction to flow cytometry webinars in nice little chunks.

ThermoFisher tutorials - learn about fluorescence and flow cytometry

Beckman tutorials - includes ones on cell sorting, compensation, applications and more .

BD tutorials - includes introduction to FACSDiva, the software for the LSR II and LSRFortessa.

More advanced users will find this webinar on fluorophores and panel design helpful:  http://www.biolegend.com/brilliantviolet_webinar

If you plan to train on the CyAns (most new users start here), you should review the Summit software, CyAn introduction and CyAn operation online training in advance of your instrument training: https://www.beckmancoulter.com/wsrportal/wsr/research-and-discovery/products-and-services/flow-cytometry/computer-based-training/index.htm
