Currently, laboratories face increasing demand for FCM testing but limited budget. Therefore, we have searched for a panel that would provide maximum immunophenotyping information for bone marrow (BM) samples and meet economical requirements. We have also investigated if the constructed panel can be applied to screen for myelodysplasia related features.
