Michael Wallace

Biography
I was born and raised in New Jersey and I graduated Rutgers University in 2007 with a BA in Cell Biology and Neuroscience. I spent a year teaching 1st to 6th grade in Honduras before moving to Chapel Hill in 2008.
Research
I joined the Philpot lab in the department of Cell and Molecular Physiology in May 2009. My research interests include cortical circuit architecture, experience dependent plasticity and neurodevelopmental disorders.
