In 2009, I completed my undergraduate studies at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and received a Bachelor of Science degree.

My research interests are to better understand how neurotransmitter activity affects human behavior, disorders and diseases. The neurotransmitters of personal interest are serotonin and endocannabinoids. I feel that these two neurotransmitters may be the key piece in creating innovative treatments for chronic disorders such as migraines, depression, and anxiety.
