Dr. Nestler is the Nash Family Professor of Neuroscience and Director of the Friedman Brain Institute at The Mount Sinai Hospital. His laboratory studies the molecular mechanisms of drug addiction and depression in animal models. Dr. Nestler will be hosted by the Graduate Student Committee of the Neurobiology Curriculum.
The title of his seminar will be:
"Transcriptional and Epigenetics Mechanisms of Addiction"
