Off-Campus/AHEC Info

Every month, two students in the UNC Chapel Hill Neurology clerkship will have off-campus clinical experiences at Raleigh Neurology.

The Department of Neurology also sends students to Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, NC and Mission Neurology in Asheville, NC to complete their entire four-week Neurology clerkship. Only students in the Charlotte program will rotate through CMC.  Only students in the Asheville program will rotate through Mission Neurology.

In addition, during the outpatient clinics portion of the clerkship, students will potentially be sent to observe/shadow at two Pain Management clinics in the area.
