Cell Lines

We have available to us all federally approved cell lines on the NIH Stem Cell Registry. This lists the derivations of stem cells that are eligible for federal funding. The hESC Core Facility is able to obtain and maintain all of these lines. We have MTAs in place with the National Stem Cell Bank, through which the following cell lines are available for shipping (as frozen vials):

H1, H7, H9, H14, H13.B

ES Cell International

University of California, San Francisco (UCSF)

lines from UCSF (HSF-1 and HSF-6) will also be available soon through the National Stem Cell Bank.
