The UNC Neuroscience Curriculum will present its third annual Pierre Morell Neuroscience Retreat (PMNR; formerly Pierre Morell Research Day) on Thursday, May 17 to Friday, May 18, 2018 at the Summit in the Haw River State Park. We were pleased to host Dr. Dayu Lin from NYU. Dayu Lin received her Ph.D. degree from Department of Neurobiology at Duke University in 2005, mentored by Dr. Lawrence C. Katz. She continued her postdoctoral training at Caltech with Dr. David J. Anderson and in November 2010, she started her independent research group at NYU Langone Medical Center studying the neural mechanisms of social behaviors.
