18th Annual UNC Neuroscience Symposium

The 18th Annual UNC Andrew S. Rachlin Neuroscience Symposium will be held on October 5th, 2017 at the Carolina Club.

This year’s Symposium will focus on Alzheimer’s Disease and Neurodegeneration. Our keynote speakers will be Karen Duff, PhD (Professor of Pathology & Cell Biology at Columbia University) and David Holtzman, MD (Andrew B. And Gretchen P. Jones Professor and Chairman of the Department of Neurology at Washington University in St. Louis School of Medicine). We will also have brief presentations highlighting the work in this area of UNC scientists: Juan Song, Todd Cohen, Mohanish Deshmukh, Guorong Wu, and Aravind Asokan.
