Bullitt Achievement Award Presented to Steenland

September 18, 2011 -- Dr. Peter Steenland was honored by the Department Education Committee as the second winner of the Elizabeth Bullitt Neurosurgery Resident Career Achievement Award.

Bullitt Achievement Award Presented to Steenland

This award was established in honor of Dr. Elizabeth Bullitt, who directed computer science research and retired this year from the Department of Neurosurgery.  The award recognizes the resident who best utilizes the University, Department and campus to advance his or her career.  Dr. Steenland, a PGY-6 resident, pursued his Masters in Public Health during his research rotation last year.
