Hadar Named Teacher of the Year

The Neurosurgery residents chose to honor Dr. Hadar with this award for his exceptional teaching in the operating room, in clinic and at their monthly spinal biomechanics didactic sessions.  He is very active in teaching and mentoring the neurosurgery residents as well as other residents that rotate on the service, acting interns and medical students.  His teaching extends beyond the walls of the clinics and operating rooms by providing guidance on how to prioritize life, work and family.  Dr. Hadar leads by example and is never too busy to teach.  Dr. Hadar joined the Neurosurgery faculty ten years ago and continues to make great contributions to our department.
