The Cary News: "Moment of the Year"

June 15, 2011 -- The Cary News named as a noteworthy "moment" the return of Craig Mitchell to high school baseball on March 9th.

Less that three months earlier, Mitchell, a senior at Fuquay Varina High School, underwent surgery to treat an acoustic neuroma.  The Wake News article is a heartwarming tribute to Dr. Matt Ewend and the team of healthcare professionals at UNC.
