Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation physicians (physiatrists) offer comprehensive care to individuals, including those with musculoskeletal injuries/disorders and sports injuries, with the goal of maximizing function and quality of life. Our board-certified physiatrists develop and oversee an individualized care plan for each patient, which is implemented by a team of rehabilitation professionals. They provide treatments such as interventional spine injections, and different types of joint injections, tests such as electrodiagnostic (EMG) studies, and medical care for overuse injuries. Interventions from the rehabilitation team also strive to minimize secondary complications from injury.
