Nutrition and Stress Module:

This is the point of entry to the Nutrition and Stress Module. From here you may select from the choices by section, differentiated by color on the "Menu" wheel which takes you through logical learning, progressive steps leading up to Summary and ending with Exam. You may go directly to any section in the module by selecting from the choices in the middle of the "Menu" wheel (in purple).

At the top of the Main Menu screen there are choices in orange that will take you directly to "Case," "References," "Glossary," "Index," "Exam" for the module. And finally if and when you need help or have questions buttons in red in the upper right hand corner will assist you.

Below is a screen from the lesson "Protein." Each lesson is filled with color illustrations and augmented by diagrammatic detailed illustration and text information.

Below is a video-still taken from a Nutrition and Stress case study. Each module contains instructional video accompanied by simultaneous audio. The video is controlled by the student, allowing them to start and stop and replay and pause to take notes.
