UNC Maternal-Fetal Medicine offers obstetrical care for women with pregnancies that are complicated by maternal disease, such as diabetes or hypertension, or any problem with the fetus, such as congenital abnormalities. Reproductive Genetic Services

UNC Reproductive Genetic Services offers a variety of reproductive genetics services at NC Women's Hospital, UNC Specialty Women's Center at Rex, and by telemedicine. Reproductive genetics services at UNC are provided by board-certified or board-eligible Masters level trained genetic counselors in conjunction with a team of maternal-fetal  specialists.

UNC Maternal-Fetal Telemedicine Program can provide maternal-fetal medicine consultation for obstetrical and medical complications in pregnancy, as well as genetic counseling, in your office.

MomBabyThe Center for Maternal and Infant Health is dedicated to improving the preconception health and reproductive life planning attitudes, behaviors, resources and services for men, women and families. The center is leading the translation of evidence-based care into community practice and expanding health services research in preconception, perinatal and infant care. The center's clinical work focuses on helping patients with high-risk pregnancies and families with medically fragile infants to navigate a complex health care system, working with them to make sure they are receiving the best care available.
