Eligibility
Our services are available to all mothers or women of child bearing age who need or want to stop or reduce their use of alcohol and/or drugs. Horizons assists with childcare and transportation/parking so that these are not barriers to a women’s participation. Insurance and Medicaid/Medicare are accepted; women with no insurance or financial resources will not be denied care.
