Janelle K. Moulder, MD, MSCR
Assistant Professor, Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery
Dr. Janelle Moulder joins the UNC Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery (MIGS) division as assistant professor, following completion of her MIGS and Pain Medicine Fellowship at UNC.
Dr. Moulder received her Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Neuroscience from Northeastern University, Boston in 2005. She went on to complete her Doctor of Medicine at Yale University. From medical school she returned to Boston and completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the Brigham and Women's Hospital/Massachusetts General Hospital integrated obstetrics and gynecology program of Harvard Medical School.
Following residency, she completed her fellowships in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery and Pain Medicine at UNC. Concurrently, she also completed a Master of Science in Clinical Research at the Gillings School of Global Public Health in 2016. She is dedicated to providing her patients with individualized treatment plans to help them reach their healthcare goals. She is actively involved in surgical education and research. She is fluent in Spanish and looks forward to continuing to serve the women of North Carolina.
