For Referring Physicians

If you are a health care professional and would like to refer a patient to the UNC Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility clinic, we will do our best to see your patient in the 7-14 days.

There are a few ways to schedule an appointment:

After scheduling the appointment, please fax all pertinent records (labs, office notes, operative reports) to the clinic.
