| Meet Our ProvidersAnnaMarie Connolly, MD - Associate Professor and Interim Division Director Gena Dunivan, MD – Fellow (2007-2010) The Division of Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery provides expertise in the evaluation and treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction, including urinary tract, vaginal and colorectal dysfunction, pelvic organ prolapse, and complex benign conditions involving the pelvic organs and musculature, including fistulas and congenital anomalies. Diagnostic techniques include x-ray and ultrasound imaging, video-urodynamic evaluation and cystoscopy. Treatment options combine biofeedback and pharmacologic therapies as well as advanced A Urogynecologist is an Obstetrician/Gynecologist who has specialized in the care of women with Pelvic Floor Dysfunction. The Pelvic Floor is composed of the muscles, ligaments, connective tissue, and nerves that help support and control the rectum, uterus, vagina, and bladder. The pelvic floor can be damaged by childbirth, repeated heavy lifting, chronic disease or surgery.
