| Research Summary: | My work focuses on understanding how kinase signaling networks modulate gene expression. More specifically, we are determining the control that particular kinases (i.e. MTOR and Clks) exert on global alternative splicing events. To achieve this we utilize basic biochemistry techniques complemented by high-throughput and computational technologies. |
