2013 SOLAR Application

Thank you for your interest in the UNC Summer of Learning and Research (SOLAR) Program. The 2013 Program will begin Sunday, May 19th and end Friday, July 26th.

Only online applications are accepted. When completing the online application, please have the following materials available:
1) An essay describing your career goals and reasons for wanting to participate in this summer research program
2) Names, email addresses and phone numbers of 2 faculty members who will be submitting letters of recommendation
3) Your current cumulative GPA

You can not save an incomplete application so it is essential that you have these materials ready before proceeding with your application.
