RESEARCH SUMMER SCHOOL – Angers (FRANCE)

“Intensive training for earlier exposure to research” 

Seize the opportunity to come to France and to benefit from a unique mix of workshops conducted entirely in English!

Angers Medical School organizes this summer an exciting research summer school from 30^th June to 14^th July. This 14 day program will introduce students to major medical research issues, raise their interest to get involved in research activities and also facilitate their accession to advanced course degrees such as MD or Pharmacy/PhD programs.

International researchers from different European countries will be teaching on different topics: cell and molecular biology, genetics, pharmacology, medical imaging, space medicine research, animal experimentation and physiology. Visits of international research institutes will be organized during the stay such as Neurospin in Paris and Cyclotron in Nantes.

An attractive social program is also included (concerts and trips in the beautiful Loire Valley region, but also in Nantes and Paris).

All French and International students who already have completed 2 years of medicine/biological sciences/pharmacy can apply.

The cost of 500 Euros (300 Euros for students from Angers's partner universities) includes tuition, lodging, meals, scheduled excursions, and extracurricular activities during the course. Angers Summer School does not cover the cost of passports, visas, health insurance, or back and forth transport.
