You are cordially invited to the 3rd Annual Smiling Faces Benefit Dinner sponsored by the UNC Furlow Fund to benefit the work of the Palestinian Cleft Society.
The mission of the Palestinian Cleft Society is to provide timely, compassionate, and comprehensive surgical and dental care for Palestinian children with craniofacial anomalies, including cleft lip and palate.
When: Monday October 7, 2013 from 5:30 to 8:00 PM
Where: At the UNC Fed Ex Global Education Building
Why: To raise funds for the humanitarian work of the Palestinian Cleft Society

Tickets: $15 for students; $35 for non-students
To date, we have provided over 1,150 surgeries free of charge through the generous donations of people like you.

$20 –Arm restraints for children after surgery
$40 –Medicine for one surgery
$50 –Sutures for surgery
$100 –Drains, tubes, and medicine for ear reconstruction
$250 –Cleft Lip surgery for one child
$500 –Cleft lip and palate surgery for one child
$1,000 –Staged ear reconstruction for children with an absent ear
$3,000 –Total cost for one volunteer to Palestine for 2 weeks
