OIS provides a variety of technical support and assistance for dozens of rooms used by UNC School of Medicine, any of which can be reserved by filling out an Online Room Reservation Request Form.

Request Services

• To request a room please fill out the Online Room Reservation Request Form.  If you have not been contacted in 48 hours, please call 843-8884.
• To check room availability, visit the Room Availability Calendar.  If you are familiar with a room setup and want to request an available time slot based on this calendar, select the time and complete the quick reservation request form.  Note: An Onyen is required to fill out the quick reservation form.
