**Access to the one45 system is through your UNC ONYEN**

A UNC PID number is required to get a UNC ONYEN.

• Students will automatically be added to the system based on their curricular year.

• Course/clerkship directors and staff will be added to the system at the outset. Please let us know when:
  • Course or clerkship directors change
  • Program staff changes
  • Additional faculty or staff need access
  • We rely on course/clerkship directors and staff for listings of program faculty and residents. Please let us know of any changes. Accurate faculty and resident information helps ensure accurate evaluation procedures.

• If you currently teach third or fourth year medical students and are unable to access our one45 site, please let us know. 

• Community and AHEC faculty who teach UNC medical students will need to get a UNC PID and an ONYEN to access the UNC one45 site. All evaluations of UNC medical students will be electronic and administered through the UNC one45 site.

• Other people needing access should request so. Please specify:
  • The person's name, PID, ONYEN and preferred email address
  • Affiliation with which course or program, or if you considered Medical School Administration
  • Role in the program or course, or administrative role

Instructions for working with the site vary by role.  Apprporiate instructional information and/or training will be provided.
