One45 rollout for the 2008-2009 school year will focus on the 3rd and 4th year clerkships and rotations
Phase 1
- Scheduling
- Site and Rotation Schedules
- Scheduling of academic sessions, lectures, etc.

- Evaluation
- Evaluation of programs
- Evaluation of rotations (where applicable)
- Evaluation of faculty and residents
- Evaluation of students
Phase 2
- Curriculum Mapping
- Patient/Procedure Logging
Additional features will be implemented in subsequent phases (some of these features may be pilot tested in specific courses):
- Grade tracking and management
- Low performance flags
- Portfolios - for faculty and students

- Implementation for first and second year students and courses
