Core Facilities

There are over 65 Core facilities on the UNC-Chapel Hill campus that offer cutting-edge technologies to all UNC faculty, postdocs and students.  Most facilities are service recharge centers that charge a user fee.  Please click on the link below to access the searchable Core Facilities website.

The Core Facilities Advocacy Committee (CFAC) communicate with Core Personnel and Core users to offer advice and support for this facilities.  The CFAC makes recommendations for expenditures of SOM discretionary funds to support these facilities, including the purchase of new equipment.  The CFAC members are:
