Our research seeks to understand the mechanisms that control aqueous humor outflow resistance at the molecular level. To accomplish this goal, we are following two interrelated lines of investigation: identifying genes that are affected by insults known to induce glaucoma and developing effective gene delivery to glaucoma related eye tissues. |
