All applications are received through the Central Application Service of the Ophthalmology Matching Program (OMP), sponsored by the Association of University Professors of Ophthalmology. Applications may be obtained by writing:

All applications will be reviewed and evaluated. Selected applicants are invited for one-half day of personal interviews with faculty members, informal meetings and lunch with current residents, and a tour of the medical center's facilities. Invitations for interviews will be mailed to candidates, and those not selected for an interview will also be notified by mail.
