The Palliative Care Consult Service hosts a series of Palliative Care interdisciplinary case conferences devoted to the discussion of clinical and psychosocial needs of hospitalized, seriously ill patients and their families. This conference's primary purpose is to facilitate ongoing communication among health care professionals to address the symptom-based and decision-making challenges faced by these patients and families. These conferences will take place every other month on a Thursday from 1:30-2:30P in the first floor Women's Hospital Conference Room 3 (see calendar for specific dates).
